The Coronado Model was envisioned as a sophisticated interpretation of California Modern design, created for discerning luxury homebuyers seeking a refined yet approachable living environment. The design objective was to balance contemporary architecture with warmth, comfort, and livability, resulting in a residence that feels both visually striking and effortlessly inviting.
The project presented a unique opportunity to introduce a California-inspired aesthetic within the Naples luxury market while maintaining a timeless appeal that would resonate with a broad range of buyers. The interior design team carefully curated every finish, texture, and material selection to create a cohesive experience rooted in simplicity, sophistication, and natural beauty.
Spanning 4,312 square feet, the residence features four bedrooms, a private study, and expansive gathering spaces designed to support both everyday living and large-scale entertaining. A neutral palette of linen, dove gray, charcoal, and cognac serves as the foundation of the design, allowing rich textures and layered materials to take center stage. Wide-plank white oak flooring throughout the home establishes warmth and continuity, while custom millwork and thoughtfully integrated architectural details create visual interest without overwhelming the space.
A defining design feature is the sculptural custom staircase, which serves as a dramatic focal point and reinforces the home’s modern aesthetic. The kitchen was designed as both a functional workspace and a statement piece, featuring oak cabinetry, quartzite countertops, a custom range hood, and a fully integrated Wolf and Sub-Zero appliance package. These carefully selected materials contribute to a timeless and elevated aesthetic while supporting the needs of luxury homeowners.
The design philosophy extends seamlessly outdoors, where expansive sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. The outdoor living environment, complete with a resort-style pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and lush landscaping, was intentionally designed as a natural extension of the home’s interior palette and lifestyle.
The Coronado delivers a highly curated living experience that blends modern sophistication, natural materials, and functional luxury. The result is a timeless residence that reflects the evolving preferences of today’s luxury homeowner while offering a distinctive and memorable design identity.
