Stock Development – Olde Cypress Club House

The renovation sought to replace underutilized areas with flexible, experience-driven spaces that serve multiple purposes throughout the day and evening. Rather than designing isolated rooms, the project focused on creating an interconnected flow between dining, social, entertainment, and outdoor gathering areas. This approach encourages member interaction while allowing the clubhouse to accommodate everything from casual lunches and post-golf gatherings to formal dinners, wine events, private celebrations, and large-scale social programming.

Aesthetically, the design embraces contemporary coastal luxury. Warm finishes, refined textures, dramatic architectural details, and inviting furnishings create an atmosphere that feels upscale without being overly formal. The centerpiece is the striking wraparound bar, which serves as a natural gathering place that energizes the clubhouse experience.
Several new specialty spaces were introduced to broaden the clubhouse’s appeal. The Cypress Room provides an elegant setting for social events and member programming, while the Private Dining Room and Wine Cave create an intimate venue for wine tastings and exclusive dining experiences. The Club Room offers a relaxed lounge environment for conversation and entertainment, and the Full Swing Simulator Room adds a year-round golf and recreational component that expands golf activity beyond the course.
A major component of the design was strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living. The addition of the Greenside Grille, outdoor bar, covered dining areas, firepit gathering spaces, and expanded terraces allows members to enjoy Naples’ climate while maintaining seamless access to clubhouse amenities.
By carefully balancing aesthetics, functionality, and flexibility, the renovation transformed the clubhouse into a social destination that supports a broad range of member activities while delivering a cohesive and memorable experience throughout the property.
