Each year, STOCK Development produces the InStock Magazine, the company’s flagship annual publication showcasing its portfolio of projects, achievements, team, and vision across its luxury real estate, custom homebuilding, apartment living, and commercial divisions. The 2026 edition represented the company’s most ambitious undertaking to date: a 25th-anniversary issue produced over five to six months, requiring coordination across every STOCK division, photography spanning communities from Naples to Tampa to Montana, and content development worthy of a milestone a quarter-century in the making. The objective was not simply to publish another annual update, but to create a definitive, collectible record of STOCK’s history, scope, and legacy.
Rather than structuring the issue as a project-by-project status report, the creative team built InStock as a true editorial magazine, with a deliberate cadence and flow modeled after consumer publications rather than a straightforward list of community updates. Distinct named sections guided readers through company history, residential portfolio highlights, design trends, team profiles, and philanthropy in a considered narrative sequence, giving the issue the rhythm and pacing of a feature magazine rather than the structure of a corporate report.
The anniversary’s centerpiece was the 25-year company timeline, executed as a gatefold spread, a physically expanding page that unfolds as readers turn to it. The format itself became part of the storytelling: a milestone twenty-five years in the making, presented as a moment of physical discovery rather than a static infographic. The issue was printed on premium, high-end paper stock throughout, a production decision that elevated the entire piece from a marketing mailer into an editorial-quality keepsake, with the front cover featuring renderings of Atlantic Fields, STOCK Custom Homes’ new equestrian estate in Hobe Sound, signaling the company’s continued expansion into prestigious private club communities.
