This mezzanine-level residence imparts a sense of place, blending refined coastal elegance with a palette highlighting teal and the soothing natural colors of water, sky and white-sand beaches. Inspired by the captivating vistas of Estero Bay, the design creates a visual journey beginning in the private elevator foyer, where washed teal-and-white wallcovering embellished with microbeads catches the light from the opaque glass disk chandelier, instantly setting a luxurious tone.
The entry hallway features an oversized framed feature wall painted in a glossy deep teal, accented by a textural metallic teal finish and contrasted by a bright triptych in waves of white and gray. It flows into an intimate den, where deeper teal tones are emphasized through tactile basket-woven wallcoverings and a modern blue suede love seat.
Maximizing the residence’s spatial flow and open-concept floor plan, the design employs color and texture to transition from main living areas to private spaces. Throughout the residence, varying shades of teal and aqua in artwork, furnishings and fabrics play against soft neutral and cloud-white backdrops, giving every room a calming and welcoming personality.

The main living area balances vibrant accents with functional comfort, curated lighting and curvilinear furniture silhouettes, featuring a frond-patterned console in the great room, teal-accented barstools at the kitchen’s freestanding island and an elegant dining space beneath a contemporary chandelier. The airy, light-reflecting aesthetic continues into the wet bar adorned with glass and metallic accessories and the master closet with a Lucite dressing table.
Texture is masterfully layered to add dimension.
