An emphasis on family, entertaining and outdoor living influenced the design of this custom private Naples residence. The overall impact is one of refined warmth and understated elegance conveyed by a neutral color palette accented in select rooms with aquamarine, copper, surf, antique gold and hints of chocolate brown. The consistent use of curves, circles and floral motifs – from furniture silhouettes and hardware to fabrics and exterior elements – creates a cohesive design narrative that departs from the mainstream toward a softer, more inviting aesthetic. This thoughtful repetition lends a unique character and a sense of intention to the entire home.

Luxury finishes include 40-by-40-inch porcelain flooring mimicking Calcutta marble, European white oak flooring and custom marble in the master bathroom floor and the kitchen’s wave-and-wind patterned backsplash. The kitchen features slate-blue Viking appliances, a custom hood, two furniture-style islands and a butler’s pantry with black-framed glass doors. Bespoke cabinetry includes a rift-sawn oak bar envisioned as a piece of furniture and the outdoor kitchen’s custom oak-texture crafted from 64 layers of resin-soaked craft paper with polished black edges.

The focus on curvilinear is realized in the living room and piano lounge, where a pair of off-white sectionals feature undulating silhouettes, antique finishes enhance the time-honored look and the black of the absolute granite fireplace and the grid of an antique mirror echo architectural details.

Visually stunning and deeply personal, the design imparts the distinct personalities of the clients’ children and guests in the four en-suite guestrooms, offering walk-in closets or custom wardrobes. Featuring a palette of chartreuse, antique gold and white, the master suite has custom walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with circular Calcutta gold light and Lady Gray marble flooring and a shower focal wall comprised of a 47-by-109-inch porcelain slab.

The floor plan elevates seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a resort-inspired setting with an extensive lanai offering living and dining areas and a summer kitchen, a secluded firepit and a garden courtyard. A statement-making blue Roma quartzite wall and the pool’s iridescent silk glass mosaics heighten the visual impact; taupe tongue-and-groove ceilings add warmth.
