This custom estate in Old Naples redefines contemporary luxury, seamlessly blending sophisticated interior design with unparalleled livability, quality and bespoke craftsmanship. It presents an approachable aesthetic, where strong architectural lines meet the softened organic silhouettes of curving furnishings, wood and texture for warmth, depth and richness. The carefully curated palette pairs taupe and warm earth tones with rich navy, black, brass, bronze and deep copper, plus elm and walnut throughout 5,483 square feet.

Custom Poliform cabinetry – white lacquered in the kitchen, oak in the study and a boutique walk-in closet in the primary bedroom – underscores the estate’s high-end appeal. The kitchen features luxurious Calacatta stone and a generously sized elm island with a built-in table, while the powder room boasts a full Dekton vanity. The foyer makes a grand statement with a walnut wall and ceiling treatment accented by bronze channels. Custom built-ins, including a lighted three-sided glass display in the kitchen and the great room’s ribbed tambour-accented wall, showcase attention to detail. Additional finishes include Neolith, Dekton, Caesarstone and quartz countertops, European oak and 40-by-40-inch porcelain tile flooring in main living areas.

The study, transparent yet private with its all-glass entry wall, welcomes light and features a wall system with leather, glass and metal accents. Connecting bathroom and bedroom, the master suite’s 360-degree custom closet is stunning, providing functional luxury with glass partitions, motion-sensor lighting, custom built-ins and a vanity. Rich textures and hues are introduced in the bedroom while the bathroom explores clean-lined contemporary design with the grain-forward striations of its dual walnut vanities, polished Caesarstone waterfall countertops, a rectangular tub, 48-by-48-inch porcelain flooring and 10-inch porcelain baseboards trimmed with nickel schluters. Opulent bronze, in hardware, lighting fixtures and the shower frame, impart elegance.

Livability is paramount, and is enhanced by automated screens, window treatments and a seamless connection to nearly 1,700 square feet of meandering outdoor living areas connected by trellised walkways. Shared furniture styles, finishes and taupe tongue-and-groove ceilings maintain continuity between inside and out. From the alfresco kitchen to the covered dining pavilion and freestanding guest cabana, each space is designed for comfort and resort-style living.
