This project redefines luxury condominium living through a thoughtfully curated collection of resort-inspired amenities that elevate the everyday experience. Designed as a seamless extension of the residence itself, each common area was envisioned to foster comfort, connection, wellness, and sophistication while maintaining a cohesive architectural language throughout the property.
From the moment residents enter the lobby, they are welcomed into a dramatic and immersive environment defined by layered architectural detailing, custom millwork, and an extraordinary composition of ceiling treatments that create rhythm, depth, and visual interest. Large-scale feature screens introduce texture, privacy, and artistry, serving as both functional elements and sculptural focal points within the space.
The amenity program was carefully designed to rival that of a world-class resort. The spa offers a tranquil retreat centered on relaxation and rejuvenation, while the fitness center combines high-performance functionality with elevated design. Private conference rooms provide sophisticated spaces for business and collaboration, seamlessly integrating work-life convenience into the residential experience. A dedicated theater creates an intimate destination for entertainment, and beautifully appointed guest suites allow visitors to enjoy the same level of luxury and comfort experienced by residents.
Throughout the project, special attention was given to materiality, proportion, lighting, and architectural detailing. Rich textures, refined finishes, and custom design elements work together to create a sense of timeless elegance. Ceiling treatments, feature walls, and architectural screens serve as recurring design motifs, establishing continuity across the various amenity spaces while giving each area its own distinct identity.
