Our clients had recently purchased this 5 year old unit. They loved the floorplan and its location; however, they were very disappointed in its finishes. Their goal was to refresh the entire unit to reflect their style and tastes.
The top item on the list was replacing all the cabinetry. The owners felt the existing was very low quality, and more so they loathed the door style and color. No expense was spared as custom cabinetry with Subzero and Wolf appliances were used to transform the Kitchen. The island counter is a single slab carried up the building’s front stairs by 6 men. It is finished with waterfall sides. The bathroom vanities were also replaced with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops.
The main floor was replaced with 8×48 porcelain wood plank tiles that were continued throughout the unit. In the Master shower, the owners selected warmer earth tone large format porcelain tile to compliment the white penny tiles on the floor.
Other upgraded finishes include new baseboards and casing, new water heater, frameless shower enclosure, under cabinet lighting, full Kitchen quartz backsplash, and framed mirrors.
