transforming Mediterranean into Transitional Simplicity One Florida Home at a Time! This home, like many others in the area, was ready for a complete transformation. The original floor plan was filled with 45-degree angles and floating soffits designed for long-forgotten plant ledges. Our first move? We squared off every space possible and minimized those outdated soffits to create clean, modern lines. What was once an awkward, unused formal living room visible the moment you walked through the front door is now a stylish four-chair lounge, ideal for intimate entertaining. We opened up the entire layout by removing the dividing wall between this lounge and the kitchen, creating a more functional and welcoming open floor plan. The kitchen now serves as a stunning focal point, featuring rich stained walnut cabinetry paired with contrasting light grey uppers. Taj Mahal quartzite countertops bring a soft elegance to the space, while Sub-Zero appliances add both performance and sophistication. In the family room, a textured stone feature wall is framed by a custom walnut surround, adding warmth and architectural interest. A bespoke walnut wine bar with a smoked mirror backsplash introduces a dramatic, luxurious element perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding in style. The master suite is a true retreat, with a handsome bedroom fit for a king. Just beyond, a sophisticated home office showcases custom cabinetry in rift-sawn white oak with polished nickel inlays an elevated blend of craftsmanship and refinement. To tie it all together, we installed warm wood flooring throughout the home, grounding the design and adding a consistent, timeless foundation from room to room,
