This outdoor pool was designed to feel like a natural extension of the home’s comfortable yet luxurious lifestyle—an inviting, water-focused space that balances beauty and function. The design utilizes texture, light, and movement to create an atmosphere that is both serene and vibrant, spanning from morning to evening.
As part of a luxury spec home, the pool was created to attract buyers seeking an elevated outdoor living experience. The design appeals to homeowners who value resort-style amenities, timeless materials, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The project’s open site provided an opportunity to create long sightlines and layered views. However, striking a balance between privacy and openness was crucial. The elevated spa and shimmer-tiled feature wall were used strategically to create focal points and control views while enhancing the sense of flow.
The pool was designed to serve as a visual and experiential centerpiece—both for the home and for the brand. It serves as a highly marketable element, reinforcing the property’s luxury positioning.
The focal point is a stunning shimmer-tiled wall, clad in deep blue iridescent tiles that reflect light and water. Three handcrafted copper fountain spouts send gentle streams of water into the pool, adding both visual interest and soothing sound. At the far edge, an elevated infinity-edge spa allows water to spill seamlessly into the pool below, reinforcing the sense of flow and tranquility. The spa also offers elevated views and a relaxing retreat. A sun-soaked lounge deck with built-in lighting beneath the fountains transforms the space after dark. Shell-stone stepping stones create a natural yet polished path through the area. Every material—copper, iridescent tile, and shell stone—was selected for beauty, durability, and graceful aging. The result is a sophisticated outdoor sanctuary where timeless materials, elegant lighting, and flowing water elevate daily living and set the stage for luxurious entertaining.
