A visionary coastal retreat, this beachfront estate redefines luxury living with structural resilience and cutting-edge design. Developed by Curtis Gunther of Imperial Homes of Naples and Sherie S. Weidner of Clive Daniel Home, it stands as Fort Myers Beach’s first single-family model home in over a decade—setting a new standard for sophisticated, storm-ready living.
Designed to withstand Florida’s evolving climate challenges, this three-level estate integrates hurricane-resistant materials,impact-rated windows, elevated foundations, and advanced flood-mitigation strategies. Sustainability seamlessly blends with style through antimicrobial tile, turtle-friendly lighting, and a fully integrated smart home system that controls security, climate, and irrigation.
Inside, biophilic design fosters a tranquil, organic ambiance. Guests are welcomed by wood-accented ceilings, a striking living moss wall, and an architecturally fluid staircase leading to the second-floor wine bar, sunset lounge, and game room with sweeping Gulf views. The third-floor primary suite serves as a private sanctuary, complete with a spa-like bathroom, panoramic ocean vistas, and a dedicated coffee bar.
Outdoor living reaches resort-level luxury with a full kitchen, covered lanai, entertainment zone, and a breathtaking pool and spa. More than a home, this residence is a future-forward blueprint for refined, resilient coastal living.
