The grand entry sets the tone for the entire residence. The designers wanted to maximize the soaring height of the entryway, so we created custom panels inset with a tropical wallpaper, which introduces a sense of drama and scale the moment you step inside, while echoing the home’s coastal connection in a refined, modern way.
This residence embraces a cool coastal contemporary vibe. Featuring five en-suite bedrooms, a study, and two half baths, the home emphasizes texture, dimension, and bold contrast at every turn. Light, airy neutrals are grounded with statement elements—most notably the upstairs family room wrapped in deep navy walls—creating a space that is both sophisticated and inviting. From layered rugs to bespoke finishes, this lakehouse delivers a modern interpretation of coastal living, elevated with warmth and depth.
