In collaboration with Lennar and Humphrey Rosal Architects, we completed a 16,922-square-foot clubhouse at The National Golf and Country Club in Ave Maria. The design exudes timeless elegance with bold contrasts, intricate detailing, and custom furnishings, complemented by a 6,446-square-foot fitness and spa area and a 34,072-square-foot pool.
The lead designer has redefined the National Golf and Country Club’s clubhouse, crafting a sophisticated yet welcoming destination. Designed to balance grandeur with comfort, the space integrates bold architectural contrasts, refined textures, and bespoke furnishings tailored exclusively for the project.
The clubhouse’s design is anchored by a dramatic interplay of light and dark tones, featuring marble-like porcelain tile with black mosaic inlays, elegant crown molding, and brass-accented furnishings. Deep teal hues contrast with rich millwork and soft-toned walls, adding both warmth and a sense of refined luxury.
A key challenge was ensuring cohesion within the expansive space while maintaining an intimate, inviting ambiance. This was achieved through thoughtful material selection, strategic lighting, and meticulous detailing that elevate both form and function.
Beyond aesthetics, the clubhouse was designed to serve as a dynamic social hub, offering elegantly appointed gathering spaces that enhance the member experience. emphasizing how the seamless fusion of sophistication and comfort makes the clubhouse a premier destination. The result is an environment that not only enhances the club’s prestige but also fosters a sense of community and connection.
