This closet was designed for a wardrobe that’s meant to be seen, with a layout that treats handbags, hats, and clothing as display pieces rather than items to be tucked away.
LED lighting outlines nearly every shelf and rod, so each handbag and accessory is illuminated like a piece in a boutique. A dedicated bag wall showcases a curated rotation of pieces on open shelving, with a single statement tote elevated on its own lit display perch above. Below, a wardrobe rod organizes dresses by color in a clean, rainbow-ordered hang, while a trio of sun hats rests on individual stands at floor level, finishing the vignette.
Soft, pale millwork in a muted sage tone keeps the space feeling calm and cohesive despite the vibrant color of the clothing itself, and a run of floor-to-ceiling shelving on the opposite wall holds an entire seasonal wardrobe of tops and resortwear, each shelf lit and angled for easy visibility.
The result is a closet that functions less like storage and more like a personal boutique, one built specifically to let a well-loved wardrobe be seen, organized, and enjoyed every day.
