Set on a corner lot on coveted Devils Lake in Park Shore, this home presented a unique design opportunity from the very start. With driveway access from two different streets, the motor court needed to feel intentional rather than just functional, so we developed a decorative paver layout by the front door that ties the two approaches together into one cohesive arrival experience.
The home’s lake frontage shaped nearly every major design decision. Both the outdoor living space and the second-story balcony were oriented to capture the water view, giving the home a true sense of place rather than simply backing up to it.
