The view from this third floor primary suite is absolutely amazing. What you need to understand is the entire home was designed around that view of the Gulf from the primary bedroom. And with this lot you only get one money shot view. We even added more windows than were a part of the original design. The large space (22’ by 22’) includes a sitting area with Venetian plaster on the fireplace wall and a precast stone mantel. Custom cabinetry bookends the 48-inch real gas fireplace and a motorized extendable TV mount keeps the view clean when not in use. The suite includes a vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling with 8” by 8” beams which feature integrated A/C vents. The walls feature a Boucle Nights wall covering from Phillip Jeffries, while the floors are wide plank European white oak covered with a large silk area rug. Integrated roll-down shades, screens, and hurricane shutters preserve the view while offering complete enclosure. Large sliding glass doors open completely, allowing for access to a large outdoor living area with a cypress ceiling that was bleached in a multi-step process. Beyond that outdoor living area is another sunset deck. The expansive his-and-hers en suites are awash in luxury. While both feature White Nimbus marble flooring and Toto toilets, hers includes Mystery White marble counters and a Chrystorama chandelier over a soaking tub; his has Calacatta marble counters, a stunning shower with honed tile and a Rhapsody Dolomite accent wall, and a 5’ pivot door that opens to a private outdoor shower strategically designed for sun and views while not offending the neighbors. All showers included floating shower seats and linear drains.
