Designed to rival the world’s finest resorts, the project seamlessly integrates wellness, entertainment, social engagement, and relaxation into a cohesive collection of thoughtfully curated spaces that elevate daily living.
At the heart of the design is a dramatic lobby experience that serves as both a grand arrival and a welcoming gathering place. Multiple seating areas encourage conversation and connection, while custom architectural features, layered materials, and intricate ceiling details create a sophisticated sense of arrival. Throughout the space, feature screens, millwork, and carefully integrated lighting add depth, texture, and visual interest, establishing a refined design language that carries throughout the property.
Residents enjoy access to an extensive collection of amenities designed to support every aspect of modern living. A vibrant social room, elegant bar area, guest suites, café, and game room provide destinations for entertaining and community engagement, while a private theater offers a boutique cinematic experience within the comfort of home. Each space was designed with its own unique identity while maintaining a consistent architectural narrative that unifies the overall experience.
Wellness was a central focus of the project.
