Designed as part of a luxury custom home, this primary closet was envisioned as more than a place for storage. It was designed to be a private dressing retreat that reflects the elegance of the home while supporting the homeowners’ everyday lifestyle. Every detail was considered from the earliest stages of construction, allowing the space to become a seamless extension of the home’s architecture rather than simply another room.
The design balances timeless materials with exceptional craftsmanship. A warm Linen finish is paired with inset cabinetry, square miter door and drawer fronts, front-mounted fascia, and crown moulding to create a refined, furniture-inspired aesthetic. Matte gold framed glass doors, suspended hanging poles, and Oyster leather-wrapped hardware introduce warmth, texture, and sophisticated detailing throughout the space. Natural light, layered lighting, and transparent glass elements work together to create an open, airy environment that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
At the heart of the closet, a custom island with integrated bench seating creates a true boutique experience while serving as the room’s focal point. Hidden within the island, specialized Everstyle pull-out organizers provide dedicated storage for jewelry, sunglasses, belts, and accessories, keeping everyday essentials beautifully organized and within reach. Extensive shoe displays accented with matte gold shoe fences transform storage into a design feature, while a tilt-out hamper, pull-out glass mirror, and thoughtfully planned hanging sections ensure every item has a purposeful place.
