Kalea Bay is a luxury high-rise located in North Naples, FL. Targeting affluent retirees and pre-retirees who are looking for a possible second or third home, Kalea Bay offers spacious, luxurious residences with gorgeous, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
As Kalea Bay looks to sell its 5th and final high-rise, Tower 500, Soave Real Estate needed a magazine ad that broke through the noise of other Naples condominium advertisements while showcasing the last opportunity to live in this one-of-a-kind community.
Partnering with B-Squared Advertising, this magazine ad, published in local magazines such as Home & Design, FL Design and Naples Illustrated, showcased that life at Kalea Bay was a never-ending vacation and a “unending Utopia.”
Through copy using words like, “vacation, poolside cocktails, and five-star resort” paired with vibrant, vacation-inspired visuals, the campaign emphasized that Kalea Bay isn’t just “resort-like”—it is a resort.
After this campaign’s run, Kalea Bay’s Tower 500 is over 50% sold with over $330 million in sales and is set to close in September 2026.
