This whole-home renovation encompassed a complete interior transformation of a luxury waterfront residence. The project included full demolition and abatement, followed by new metal framing, drywall, and insulation throughout. Every major system—electrical, plumbing, HVAC—was reconfigured and upgraded to modern standards, including a fire sprinkler system and smart-home integrations.
Interior finishes were fully replaced with custom cabinetry and built-ins in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, dry bar, and entertainment center. High-end plumbing fixtures, interior door hardware, and lighting were selected to reflect a transitional coastal aesthetic. Flooring throughout included engineered hardwood, large-format porcelain tile, and luxury carpet, installed over professionally leveled subfloors.
The kitchen and bathrooms were outfitted with quartz countertops, new tile backsplashes, and decorative lighting. Impact-rated windows and sliding glass doors were installed, and stucco repair and waterproofing were completed to ensure envelope integrity. Specialty items included custom closets, mirrors, shower glass enclosures, wallpaper applications, and a full interior paint package.
The remodel also covered fireproofing, equipment rentals, permit handling, and jobsite protection, along with comprehensive site supervision and project management. Final cleaning and owner walkthrough completed the process.
