This coastal high-rise residence was a unique opportunity to reinterpret traditional beachfront design through a modern, sculptural lens. The returning clients sought a luxurious yet low-maintenance retreat—challenged us to create a clean, gallery-like backdrop that celebrates their sweeping Gulf views without compromising warmth or comfort.
One of the key design constraints was working within the footprint of a condominium building, which required careful planning to optimize natural light, maximize functionality, and conceal mechanical systems without visual clutter. We elevated the interiors with custom millwork, layered textures, and tailored furnishings that balance form and function.
A muted, ocean-inspired palette flows throughout, accented by bold sculptural lighting, statement art, and intricate stonework. The living space opens dramatically to panoramic views, anchored by a bespoke center table that acts as a visual compass. In the kitchen, the unexpected pop of a cobalt range and complementary bar stools adds energy while maintaining harmony with the serene tones of the tile floors and walls.
Each bedroom feels like a private sanctuary, unified by soft textiles, custom case goods, and curated patterns, while the bathrooms serve as high-design moments of escape—featuring carved stone vanities, integrated lighting, and elevated hardware.
Marketing objectives were achieved by positioning this home as the epitome of modern coastal sophistication, capturing the attention of design-savvy buyers and reinforcing our brand’s signature aesthetic. This entry is distinguished by its refined restraint, expert craftsmanship, and the ability to infuse a highly architectural space with soulful elegance—proving that even in a vertical dwelling, coastal living can be artfully redefined.
