The Bonita Bay Club Naples Clubhouse renovation was designed to seamlessly blend luxury with nature, enhancing the member experience while optimizing functionality. A key objective was to create a strong indoor-outdoor connection, achieved through expansive glass walls that frame panoramic views of the surrounding golf courses and lush landscapes. The new design prioritizes both aesthetics and operational efficiency, featuring expanded dining areas, a state-of-the-art kitchen, upgraded locker rooms, and an improved pro shop layout.
One of the primary design challenges was maximizing sightlines and spatial flow within the existing footprint. To address this, the building was strategically rotated by 17 degrees, enhancing visibility and strengthening the connection between interior spaces and the natural environment. The expansion of outdoor dining areas, including a climate-controlled terrace, ensures year-round comfort while fostering social engagement. Additionally, direct cart-to-locker room access was incorporated to streamline movement for members.
Balancing modern elegance with timeless materials such as wood and stone, the redesigned clubhouse complements its coastal surroundings. By integrating thoughtful planning with cutting-edge amenities, the renovation elevates the Bonita Bay experience, offering members a refined yet inviting space that enhances both leisure and lifestyle.
