The home at 304 Turtle Hatch has 5300 square-feet under air and 7500 total square-feet. It first floor includes two bedrooms, two baths plus two-half baths, a large great room with fireplace open to the kitchen with a breakfast area, a formal dining room, butler’s pantry and wet bar. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family lounge area and wet bar.
The expansive screened in outdoor space features an outdoor kitchen with large island, outdoor dining, outdoor family room with fireplace and TV, pool, spa, firepit, boat and jet ski docks and many more balconies and decks for lounging.
The interior has a transitional feel with a color palette consisting of mostly neutral greys, taupes and whites with a splash of spa blue. The design concept was achieved by incorporating big, bold, beautiful polished chrome chandeliers, warm wood tone floors and white painted wood ceilings. Luxurious and comfortable furnishings and fixtures are used throughout the home. The main flooring is a warm taupe wide plank wood flooring. We used a mix of large format porcelain tiles in the bathrooms with accents in stone and glass mosaics.
The kitchen is a combination of white and taupe cabinetry with polished chrome hardware and faucets and large island. A light quartz countertop with grey veining and a white diamond shaped quilted looking backsplash completes the space. The kitchen is open to the breakfast and great room which is surrounded by glass doors looking out to the covered lanai, pool and intercoastal waterway. The Outdoor Living area is designed to be an extension of the interior making life on the intercoastal even more enjoyable.
The Master Bedroom has a light, airy feel to it with a palette of soft grey and white tones mixed with a splash of spa blue in the artwork. The Master also features a sitting area with 2 swivel chairs also overlooking the waterway. Transitioning into the spa like master bath, you will feel relaxed in this bright space. The flooring in here is a marble looking porcelain with soft grey veining resembling natural stone. This material is also used on the shower walls with a mosaic marble stone on the shower floor. There is a free-standing tub and dueling vanities with a make-up counter.
The Guest Bedrooms are designed so that each space brings a different feeling. Neutrals, blues, and greys make up the palette for these secondary spaces completing the home.
