Best Magazine Ad


This Naples community launched its final phase in 2019. Boasting its proximity to Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South, the community combines the best in urban living with the coastal theme of Southwest Florida. It also offers spacious homes at a fraction of the cost of other comparable residences in Old Naples and architectural design by acclaimed MHK Architecture and Planning of Naples. To creatively display the name of the community, the ad�s headline counts from 1-3 in Italian (the inspiration for the community�s name) To illustrate this, imagery showcases three aspects of living so close to Downtown that residents are sure to enjoy: (Una) the community is just a leisurely bike ride to Downtown, (Due) grabbing a drink with your partner at any of the many acclaimed bars and restaurants and (Tre) shopping with friends at the various boutiques and shoppes. The imagery selected visually illustrates the numbers 1, 2 and 3. One of the challenges that was faced when creating this advertisement was a common notion that living this close to Downtown Naples means the homes� price points are out of reach for most people. This is entirely untrue for this community. Downtown living at a fraction of the cost of comparable residences in Downtown Naples is a unique selling proposition for this project.
