This community launched the final phase of its Naples community in 2019. Boasting its proximity to Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South, the community combines the best in urban living with the coastal mecca of Southwest Florida. They also offer spacious homes at a fraction of the cost of other comparable residences in Old Naples and architectural design by acclaimed MHK Architecture and Planning of Naples. Because this project is the fourth and final phase of an already existing community, the developer faced the challenge of marketing their final phase as newer and better than the previous ones. To do this, the developer launched an entirely new website to market the final phase, separate from the rest of the community. The website was the first step in its 2020 advertising campaign. The website followed the newly determined brand standards that set the color scheme, fonts and prose, in order that going forward the community would be recognizable in both print and online advertisements. The navigation takes the viewer through downtown Naples, the community, available residences, its team, news and contact. A website is the first impression for many potential residents of a community, so this one made sure it was one that was uncomplicated, self-explanatory and gave its potential buyers access to more information when needed. With stunning photography and videography, clearly labeled floor plans and copy that highlighted the benefits of the final phase, buyers could quickly see the value proposition here.
