It also offers spacious homes at a fraction of the cost of other comparable residences in Old Naples and architectural design by acclaimed MHK Architecture and Planning of Naples. Quattro launched its 2020 campaign with the release of its website. This sleek, modern and easy-to-navigate website was a good first impression for potential buyers. From here, the materials created to represent the project followed similar brand standards. Not only did it make the company recognizable across all platforms, but it also demonstrated a level of quality and consistency for its brand. Omega targeted its market as affluent individuals who own multiple homes and began to reach them across all platforms from print and online advertising to a television campaign. The increased reach and consistency of the materials produced resulted and an increase in leads and sales. Overall, the community saw 20,325 new visitors to their website from January – June and sold 10 homes, resulting in $17,570,000 in sales.
