$1,500,001 – $2,000,000
This was the third home the designers had completed for these clients, so they knew their personalities well. Adding to that, the clients had no specific opinions on the design except to make it look amazing. They encouraged the designers to ‘do your thing’ with the interior design. For starters, the clients wanted the elevator lobby to be totally unique, which was ultimately redone with a beautiful stone mosaic inset made of quartz. The clients were downsizing from an 8,000-square-foot home and wanted to utilize all the space. They wanted their condo to look like a model but be able to add their own custom look, which was highly livable with comfortable furnishings in a coastal contemporary style. To accomplish this goal, the designers selected contemporary furniture with a mixture of textured fabrics and Lucite accents. They utilized the existing background materials of gray tones and added a pop of blue hues. Their custom living room built-in and ceiling details were designed in order to move existing electrical locations and provide the great room and dining room to be a cohesive layout. The clients were downsizing from an 8,000-square-foot home and wanted to utilize all the space. The designers took the existing “den” and turned it into her breathtaking Carrie Bradshaw custom “closet” (which is really a whole room). The clients were delighted with the final renovation, eager to share it with their friends and family.
