With a total of 5 towers at buildout, Kalea Bay had record sales in 2019. The challenge for every developer though, was how to continue these sales into 2020. With fast-paced sales in Tower 200, the developer released its third tower which helped ride the wave of excitement into 2020 despite a global pandemic. Kalea Bay’s “Appreciate” ad was a reminder to future residents just how much they will love their quintessential lives in this gulf-front project. Striking drone photography visually illustrated the unparalleled views at Kalea Bay, while copy served to paint the rest of the picture for readers. Despite COVID-19, the developer reported record sales in May of 2020 as the rest of the world was locked down in quarantine.
