Their focus is simple: quality and attention to the details in every aspect of the planning and building of an estate, ensuring each project is perfectly fit to their clients’ needs and personality. To proactively communicate with nearby homeowners and prospects in neighborhoods with a Harwicks Home under construction, the agency produced this direct mail campaign. It consists of 3 separate mailers to ease tension and educate neighbors along the way. The first piece is sent before construction starts. On the outside of the envelope is an eye-catching red box saying, Over 30 years of wisdom. Upon opening, it contains bright and refreshing photos of Harwick’s custom homes on one side of a premium matte-covered cardholder. On the back, it says, Never start a project without common courtesy, with a business card attached. Also a personal note with an intimate introduction of Harwick Homes explains a new construction is taking place in the neighborhood. In the second piece, a postcard uses the same bright imagery and signature red box. The headline reads, Keeping everyone informed should always be part of the plan. On the back, the copy continues to provide the neighbor with a progress update while inviting them to browse the gallery on their website. The third, and last, is sent after construction has been completed. The piece is a folded letter in the familiar blue color and red box. The headline reads, Always say thank you. A letter from the president thanks the neighbor for their patience and invites them to reach out if they too would like a remarkable custom home.
