Built in the early 90’s, the home’s design was compartmentalized and needed to accommodate more family members. The parterre driveway design is eye catching. A second garage was added for a workbench and bike storage. Slider openings were made larger to capture the lanai and golf course view. All arch details were eliminated, and the front entry was raised up to receive a new 9’ metal double door with glass panels. With the reconfiguration of the space, the home increased from 3 bedrooms/4 baths to 4 bedrooms/4 full baths and 2 half baths making each bedroom a generous ensuite.

Sofas with a back detail flank either side of the room with two organic nesting cocktail tables and a custom designed area rug.
The Kitchen for a gourmet cook was designed with a “T” shaped book-matched Quartzite island for casual dinner parties. Back painted frosted glass cabinet doors and a tailored hood with gold metal accents are unique to this special home.
More formal dining and a breakfast bar are just around the corner. Banquette seating is wonderful for relaxing around the custom 72” round stone table. The original Dining room was converted into a theatre room and wine bar.
The Primary suite is just that, sweet! The tailor-made bed wall is a cozy nook flanked by two storage spaces on either side of the bed and built-in nightstands.
