To sustain its position in the luxury sector through intense competition and unprecedented conditions, the renowned brokerage and long-time client turned to us to create “Where Luxury Lives,” a powerful lead-generating campaign celebrating its evolution as a lifestyle brand while also emphasizing its continued market leadership and incorporating elements of its affiliation with global powerhouse Christie’s International Real Estate.
“Where Luxury Lives” is a series of compelling television, print and digital ads with powerful visuals and copy highlighting the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation and deep understanding of the
Southwest Florida lifestyle. The multifaceted effort included the following components:
1. Television Commercials
· Four 15-second spots
· One 30-second spot
· One TV billboard design in two sizes (1660×650 and 1920×1080)
Each spot artfully highlights John R. Wood’s service and expertise, with stunning local and Christie’s brand images to captivate and engage discerning audiences.
2. Print Ads:
· Three full-page ads
· Two double-page spreads
Print ads exude prestige and exclusivity, reflecting luxury lifestyles and the elite status associated with John R. Wood.
3. Digital:
· Two banner ad designs in two sizes (300×250 and 728×90)
· Two website sliders
