This new construction project consist of 28,489 SF and is located on just over 5 Acres. This project was designed to achieve a highly aesthetic modern appearance with a very efficient and functional use of interior and exterior space. The site design included over 100,000 SF of Permeable Pavers with and Underground Storm Detention System which allows maximum use of Outdoor Display Area. The Permeable Pavers are not only extremely functional but provide a much upgraded appearance over asphalt paving. The floor plan design is one that is very open and inviting to the Germain Customers with a great deal of exterior glass surrounding the interior Showroom, Reception and Sales Areas. The purpose of the high- volume ceilings and extensive use of glass was to achieve a more modern appearance but also to enhance the Customer Experience by connecting the interior and exterior displays of the high-end luxury vehicles where the interior Showroom Auto Gallery extends to covered outdoor display areas as well. Some of the upgraded interior features of the design includes a 3 Bay Service Reception Lanes with adjacent Service Advisor Offices, 16 Bay Service Center with State of the Art Equipment, Multi-Level Parts Mezzanine, and spacious Customer Lounge, Vehicle Delivery Center, Conference and Breakroom Areas. As successful as the project completion was there were multiple challenges along the way in the Post-Covid Era with material and manpower availability. In order to overcome these challenges our Subcontractors were willing to install temporary but readily available products to obtain inspections then install the permanent specialty products when they became available. In cases where we were experiencing manpower shortages, some of our Subcontractors aligned resources with fellow Subcontractors and worked extended hours in order to achieve the project quality and schedule.
