Citizens Wealth Management sits right on the corner of 5th Avenue and Cambier Park Way in Downtown Naples. This 1-story, 3,500 SF remodel includes an updated lobby, an executive office, partner suite, 2 managerial offices, conference room, and a 24-hour access entry vestibule with an ATM. The overall design and finishes were specific to a Florida aesthetic with touches of gold and dark woods, while maintaining a fresh, open atmosphere. There are large video wall displays throughout the office, including at the center point of the lobby upon entry. With an already open atmosphere, the movable reception desk and operable conference room walls make the space even larger. The front of house areas were planned around the heart of the gatherings areas allowing the large video wall to serve as the welcoming point on axis of the front doors. The reception desk can be relocated and the glass wall in the conference room can be retracted allowing the main space to double as a gathering area complete with a wet pantry hidden from view for food and drink service. There are perimeter illuminated soffits throughout for around the clock night time visibility. The entry features include a 24-hour access entry vestibule with an ATM and a 10-ft high frameless storefront system with 3-quarter inch glass. The biggest challenge of this remodel was the installation of the A/C system outside condensing unit which was relocated from the original design on the ground floor level to the roof top mechanical area above the 3rd floor. This involved a great deal of coordination with the upper floor tenants to chase the a/c refrigerant line sets a power as well for the unit. This was also true for installation of the outside air duct and louver installation. Both activities required demolition and restoration of existing masonry walls and for the outside air, cutting out the exterior stucco soffit for install of the duct and louver without having to patch. This project was completed swiftly and smoothly in just 8 months.
