The curb appeal at this single-family private residence in Ridge Lake is like no other. Any main entrance needs to make a statement – calm, quiet, safe, and serene come to mind. A shellstone path leads to the front door with bands of faux grass in between looking like a maze. A decorative metal fence separates the entrance and a courtyard garden area keeping a cohesive flow of bands of faux grass throughout. This concept design was for developed for the modern look of the house, privacy, and health concerns. Faux grass and shell were used on the entire lot to have a low maintenance, pesticide, and fertilizer free yard. 2900 square feet of synthetic turf, 1000 lineal feet of concrete driveway inlay, 25 tons of crushed shell, and over 32 different plants and shrubs were sued to create the outside oasis.
We’ve all had the same challenges as the rest of the world…. material shortages, labor shortages, and inflation skyrocketing in the middle of projects. This project took longer than anticipated but the finished product was worth the extra effort and inconvenience.
