The launch of the pre-construction sales efforts began this past season for WildBlue at Waterside. A thoughtfully planned community, one that finds a rare and delicate balance between what gets built, and what is left untouched. With more than half the total acreage devoted to open spaces, WildBlue at Waterside is a unique opportunity for residents to live among a collection of parks, natural preserves, and trails that connect them to nature and neighbors. “It’s only natural” is the positioning line that underscores the community’s focus on nature and outdoor living. 
This Realtor Event took place immediately before the launch and was a partnership between the developer and a well-known interior design firm. This firm had just opened their showroom and volunteered for their emporium to be the venue for the event and to serve catered food and drinks. It was a wonderful collaboration where over 300 VIP Realtors attended. They learned about the new project and were able to leave with brochures, floor plans and understanding of the community to share with their clients.  
Plus, a follow up eBlast was shared with all the VIP Realtors showing photos from the event and sharing information about the community with a link to the website.
