Our company is one of the area’s leading developers, with several established communities, countless awards and more than 6,000 homes built along Florida’s Gulf Coast. The INSTOCK magazine was part of a marketing media mix to attract a second home market from the mid-west and the northeast while visiting the Southwest Florida area. Most are Baby Boomers and Generation X who are empty-nesters, retirees or pre-retirees looking for a luxury residences or apartment in the Naples, Estero, Sarasota, Wellington and Palm Beach areas.
This is the fourth issue of INSTOCK, our company magazine. We are proud of the launch of several new communities, our involvement in the community and the growth of our different branches of the company. This magazine is a great way to highlight all the success and to give buyers, prospects, and Realtors a great overview of the company.
The magazine was polybagged and direct mailed to key communities in the Naples and Sarasota market that are considered potential prospects for our communities and to all past buyers throughout the company. Additionally, it is found in all the companies lobbies, sales centers and used at all outreach events. It is a way to grow our database and to engage the community about our company.
