Smith & DeShields is a family-owned building supply company that has been serving Florida since 1957. Its four locations and multiple showrooms provide customers with the highest quality and widest variety of doors, hardware, molding, and commercial and architectural products available.
Smith & DeShields sought a commemorative email signature to celebrate their 65th anniversary of providing their services to countless builders and customers around the State of Florida. In order to match the innovative nature of the brand itself, the company opted for a unique animated logo for its email signature. One of the main challenges that this design faced was keeping the integrity of the original logo, but adding an interactive feature to make it special. This was accomplished and is now used in all email communications by Smith & DeShields’ staff. This logo “opens the door” for new, returning, and prospective clients to learn more about this innovative, successful company.
