In a highly amenitized location, Palisades is just minutes from Mercato, Waterside Shops, The Ritz-Carlton and other world-class shopping, dining and beachfront venues. When designing the brochure, we wanted to focus on a specific tree that represents the community. We chose the Sylvestor Palm as the signature tree as it exudes luxury. The marketing team built the brochure based on this and created a magnificnt piece that both represents the community and the Developer.
