Oversized graffiti, canned beer in a brown paper bag, balconies lining the upper level, and a throwback pay phone hilariously rigged with Andrew Dice Clay standup on loop via the receiver, the urban-themed dining space allows +/- 40. District, perhaps the most visually elegant and sexy of the four venues, features a glamorous and textured expanse unveiling crushed velvet barstools, an elaborate faux green bar wall elevation, leather banquettes, and various styles of moss-dripping pendant lights. And finally, a secret door leads to a moody, roaring 20s-style speakeasy craft cocktail lounge called Staff Only, with upholstered banquettes, metallic ceiling material, and wall-to-wall Art Deco carpeting. With an attention to detail and an infusion of creative energy, immersive experiences, and gourmet food/drinks, this truly magical ensemble of four bespoke spaces is a totally unique concept for Naples, as literally nothing else like it exists.
