We take pride in our Higher Quality Standards for every new construction home. When you watch our new Quality video you can quickly see why we say, “Quality In Every Square Foot®”. This video gives consumers a walk-through of the extra miles that we go through daily to ensure that at every step, the construction of each home is firmly rooted in high-quality control measures. In addition to local building requirements, we follow our own Construction Standards, a step-by-step process that fosters communication, attention to detail and paramount quality verified through inspections by our Construction Managers and independent, third-party inspectors – and consistently refined with feedback from our valued customers. 
 
This video allows consumers to envision all the ways that we strive to meet and exceed industry standards all while giving them peace of mind in knowing that their new home is crafted with such a high level of detail and care – all backed by a warranty they can rely on – that’s our Difference. This video includes testimonials from real Homeowners and features one of our very own in Southwest Florida, Sofia Schimpff, who is one of our Area Construction Managers.  
While our previous quality video had over 6,200 views on YouTube, this new and enhanced video with just under 1,600 views on YouTube in 2 short months, has been a great marketing tool that showcases our quality standards in a new light. We utilize and showcase this video on our websites, playing in our sales centers and model homes, and in various marketing materials including email blasts.
