Since launching her career in 1998, she has not only weathered the challenges of market recessions but has thrived, driven by a passion for coaching and helping others succeed. With a dynamic background in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training, predominantly in the homebuilding sector, Dolly brings unparalleled enthusiasm for learning and coaching to her management style, turning every challenge into a growth opportunity for herself and her team.
Currently, Dolly leads a robust team of over 20 sales consultants and an Online Sales Team of 4, overseeing 12 communities that include Pulte Groups diverse target consumer groups: Pulte, Centex, DiVosta, and Del Webb brands. Under her leadership, 3 new communities were successfully launched in the past year alone. Dolly’s team, characterized by their confidence and dedication, consistently delivers exceptional results.

– Surpassed community goals by exceeding net signup targets last year.
– Improved customer service scores through her philosophy of continuous coaching.
– Managed in total net dollar volume $276,497 and 406 units sold between May 1st, 2023, and April 30th, 2024.
– Maintained high staff retention and employee engagement rates among 26 full and part-time employees.

Dolly is deeply involved in her community and faith group, focusing on initiatives that support women and children. Her commitment to professional development is evidenced by her participation in the Jeff Shore Roundtable mastermind group since 2013 and her ongoing involvement with the Jeff Shore Alumni circle.
