This year, our company set its sights on new opportunities for growth, change, and innovation. With that goal in mind, we were proud to unveil the first-ever edition of RESIDE, our flagship publication that encompasses an exquisite collection of properties throughout the Gulf Coast region. Produced almost entirely in-house, the project was led by our chief marketing officer and creative director, with significant contributions from the communications and design teams.

Composed of nearly 140 pages, the magazine contains all original content and best-in-class photography that perfectly captures the beauty of each home. In addition, we highlight our company’s significant sales from the past year, as well as luxurious listings from our global affiliates. Other features include a local lifestyle section that showcases acclaimed eateries, beachfront bars, unique attractions, and philanthropic initiatives, all of which help create Naples’ eclectic culture.

Leveraging the luxury content provided by the brand, we tapped into our company’s worldwide presence by featuring items that speak to a larger audience. This entails in-depth stories on architecture, art and design, fashion, jewelry, wine, and other insightful entries on trending topics, a distinct contrast from our previous publication. We also embraced a different approach to our mailing strategy by instating direct mail for people in the Southwest Florida area with a net worth of over $5 million, furthering our appeal to affluent customers. At a total cost of nearly $130,000, we printed 50,000 copies with the intention of reaching 150,000 readers.

RESIDE stands in a class of its own. The body of the book is replete with high-resolution imagery, compelling articles of human ingenuity, and a brilliant display of homes that shape the company’s housing market. Printed on high-quality paper, RESIDE also exemplifies the pride and care we take in our marketing collateral, ensuring we continue to deliver an elevated experience for our consumers. Seeing this project from concept to completion meant a great deal to our department, which utilized state-of-the-art services to bring a visionary dream to fruition. Furthermore, we are eternally grateful for our global advisors who unite extraordinary homes with extraordinary lives. RESIDE is a testament to their outstanding achievements, as well as the collaborative effort put forth by our marketing team.
