Our brochure is designed to cater to affluent, high-net-worth individuals and luxury real estate enthusiasts, as well as first-time or new buyers. It features:

Our Buyers Guide skillfully integrates a wide variety of information without compromising its minimalistic design, ensuring both comprehensive content and elegant aesthetics. The brochure aligns seamlessly with our “Look No Further” campaign, leveraging classic white space and a tasteful layout to create a modern, refined, and user-friendly format. Both the print publication and the online viewing format are crafted to engage and inform our discerning target market.
The total cost of this project was $11,118.04, with each piece costing $2.22. We produced 5,000 copies, ensuring broad distribution without compromising on quality. Despite budgetary constraints, we achieved our objectives without incurring any agency or design costs, highlighting our in-house expertise and resourcefulness. Revamped from previous years, this custom piece was condensed to focus on the high-level information buyers need.
