PBS Contractors – The Laurentians

• This client purchased this unit with the original floorplan that had never been remodeled. The unit was dated, needing updating in every room, mainly focusing on the space renovation in the living and kitchen areas.  
• During demolition, everything was removed, including all existing flooring, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, drywall, and all framing where the walls were being moved and reconfigured.  
• The original kitchen walls, which divided the living room, were removed, opening up the entire living and kitchen area into one common space and allowing more natural light and spectacular views. 
• The client wanted a fresh, clean, light feel, so all walls were painted white, allowing her colorful pieces of art and her own photography on the walls to pop. These clean lines continued through to the custom kitchen cabinetry. 
• The ceilings in the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom were dropped to allow for new recessed lighting.  
• A Dimplex XL74 Linear Electric Fireplace was installed in the living room.  
• Accents of gold lighting fixtures brought in a warm feel.  
• The master bathroom layout was reconfigured entirely, creating a private water closet with frosted glass.  
• A Mr. Steam steam system generator was installed in the Master Bath, creating a state-of-the-art shower experience.
