The St John’s ll Model Home is located in the beautiful, master-planned community of Quail West, offering a tour of contrast and great living.

The study is just off of the great room and features a clean, sleek wall-to-wall credenza, floating desk, and “blue denim” artwork. Wood accent flooring is paired with white carrara marble porcelain to unite yet define the space. 
The sultry owner’s suite is refined with subtle, sleek furnishings and soft luxurious bedding. A modern capiz shell chandelier hangs from the dramatic stained wood-beamed ceiling. The spacious master bath is a contrast of texture and tones with natural light and beautiful dark vanities. The marble porcelain tile is luminous.
