The kitchen is perfect for creating sumptuous meals. The dual islands and gourmet features are beautifully set off by artistic quartzite countertops and backsplashes. The quartzite gives warmth and elegance to formal and casual affairs. The front island smartly allows for coffee and breakfast with dual-sided seating. The Butler’s Pantry showcases an Urban Cultivator, a climate-controlled herb garden. 
Fine dining and wine await! The owner’s wine collection is showcased in a climate-controlled room on stainless steel cables, suspended from ceiling to floor and appear to be floating in midair against a shimmering white, cut quartzite, stone wall. The contrast of the white stone walls with dark cabinetry adds an invitation to splendid wine tastings. 
The Master suite is sophisticated, elegant, and chic. Monochromatic tones are carried throughout the space and are accented with dramatic art and ceiling details. Capiz shell, crystal, and marble accents are incorporated into the design in both bed and bathrooms. A luxury spa is situated just off the master bath and is complete with an infrared sauna, massage tables, and a heated ergonomic relaxation chaise lounge.  
This home has a second Bonus Room with a wet bar, plush entertainment seating, and an expandable game table… cards anyone?
