The project location in Bonita Springs falls within Lee County, south of Alico Road, as required, and was completed in April of 2023, which is within the stipulated timeframe of between June 1, 2022 – April 30, 2023. Our company holds all necessary licensure within the category for which we are submitting the project.
The target market for this type of project would be homeowners of properties with values at or above $650,000, typically in the age range of 35-65+, with interests in either home improvement or architecture.
The project objectives were met by providing the homeowner with the curved glass that they requested, using pivoting hinges to allow the door to swing both inwards and outwards for maximum accessibility, and retaining an opening in the glass at the rear of the shower enclosure to allow the homeowner easy entrance into the shower enclosure from the oversized bathtub in the master bathroom. Because of the exquisite view, the homeowners selected a frameless shower enclosure to minimize visual obstruction, as can be appreciated in the project photos. In the end, the homeowners were extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and workmanship as well as the final visual and functional result of the project.
