McGarvey Development – SouthLinks Commons of Bonita

SouthLinks Commons of Bonita was constructed and completely leased in full by May 1st, 2022. The SouthLinks park has a total of 370,000 square feet industrial warehouse and office spaces for commercial use. The park is made up of ten individual buildings which a variety of industries displayed such as construction, remodeling, medical, manufacturing, religious assemblies, and even a brewery.  
The construction timeline for this project was projected for a 6-year project expected to complete by 2024, it had commenced in Early 2018, and has had great success in leasing the initial buildings at SouthLinks in which the entire business park has been completed and leased two years quicker than projected. SouthLinks Commons of Bonita’s location was a key factor to tenant demand in the Southwest Florida are, and with the developer’s team ability of offering turnkey space at competitive market lease rates had helped immensely with our location being off the I75 corridor expediting the schedule for this project. The tenants who claimed space are very pleased with the SouthLinks Commons of Bonita.
