London Bay – Private Residence, Port Royal

This custom model estate, nestled along scenic Doubloon Bay in Naples, was meticulously planned to elevate its stunning water views and outdoor lifestyle. The homebuilder’s team of architects, interior designers and landscape architects worked collaboratively to create multiple under-roof and open-air destinations for both entertaining on a grand scale and relaxing interludes buoyed by the calm-inducing sight and sound of water and a bobbing boat at the private dock. 
 
Trackless Weiland LiftSlide glass doors and the continuation of large-format flooring in main living areas out to the lanai’s full kitchen and living room and the pool deck enhance the seamless transition between interior and alfresco living areas.  
 
Features, finishes and furniture, equally at home inside or out, heighten the interaction of indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor kitchen features honey-finished custom cabinetry accented with metal bands and topped with marbled countertops. The finishes repeat in the grill hood, which is flanked by two TVs mounted on the diamond-patterned backsplash and the marbled cabinetry around the built-in grill. A dining table with seating for eight is illuminated by two abstract pendants suspended from wood beams floating in the ambient-lit ceiling. 
 
The outdoor living room is envisioned as a lounge with contemporary furniture, a 10-foot linear fireplace under a third TV and wood paneled ceiling. It enjoys wide-open bay views and proximity to a water globe poised above a tranquil reflecting pool.  
 
The custom pool features a trapezoidal shape, a submerged spa and a 280-degree infinity edge that’s so perfectly aligned with the bay, from inside, outdoor spaces seem to float on water. The pool’s angles are echoed by landscaping, including a tall privacy hedge and lush planters surrounding the pool deck and covered lanai. A second fireside destination – an open-air rectangular firepit – with four armchairs and porcelain tile flooring that emulates the look of a wooden deck, continues to the boat dock.  
 
The outdoor area also offers a shower, pool bath and mature tropical trees.
