Throughout Private Label Living’s 60 full-color pages, readers are invited to explore and experience diverse projects and receive a behind-the-scenes look at future undertakings.
Available online and in print, the coffee table-style magazine maintains the voice of a luxury national lifestyle publication, cleverly concealing any marketing messaging in compelling quick-read stories, an emphasis on beautiful photography and eye-catching graphics and white space. The 3,000 print copies are distributed to various sales centers, are available at the corporate office and mailed to clients, trade partners and project team members. Downloads are offered as convenient click-throughs on the home pages of community and corporate websites. Proving its popularity, the 2024 magazine has been downloaded 102 times since its release in February and the 2023 magazine was downloaded 270 times, a process capturing each unique user’s email address and their interest – as a homebuyer, homeowner interested in renovation or a real estate agent. Additionally, 521 copies were directly mailed, and the magazine was distributed virtually to 24,470 email addresses.
The magazine opens with a conversational “from the editor” message by the President and CEO, ventures through multi-page double spreads showcasing the company’s biggest projects and concludes with photo galleries highlighting employees’ community and company involvement. Private Label Living is an effective marketing tool – many prospective clients visit with a copy in hand or a download on their phone and refer to it during the sales process. It also generates inquiries by offering ideas, inspiration, aspiration and incentive for those buying, renovating or designing a new home or considering a move to one of their coveted communities.
